I offer evidence-based practices that cater to a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, childhood trauma, relationship issues, and mood and personality disorders.
About Me
My name is Tami Kuzak and I am a compassionate, dedicated social worker with fifteen years experience who is committed to making a difference in the lives of others. My focus is on treating trauma and grief through a trauma informed approach. I have a diverse range of expertise and experience, and will work collaboratively to provide the best possible care to my clients.
I believe our mental health is just as important as our physical health.
I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and can utilize various therapeutic approaches such as EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction for the treatment of depression, anxiety, anger management, childhood trauma, bullying, eating disorders and self-harm etc.
